COREnergy, a leading retail electricity supplier in the Philippines, has entered into a two-year power supply agreement with FDC Misamis Power Corporation to strengthen its ability to serve contestable customers across the country.

Under the agreement, FDC Misamis will provide COREnergy with 20 megawatts of contracted baseload capacity. The additional supply reinforces COREnergy’s portfolio and gives the company greater flexibility to support commercial and industrial businesses seeking reliable electricity, more control over their energy requirements, and access to the competitive retail electricity market.

FDC Misamis operates a 405-MW baseload power facility in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. By adding meaningful capacity from one of Mindanao’s largest baseload power producers, COREnergy is further strengthening its ability to serve businesses beyond Metro Manila with a more resilient and dependable supply portfolio.

The partnership supports COREnergy’s commitment to expanding The Power of Choice to more Philippine businesses, helping them gain the freedom to select an electricity supplier that fits their operational needs.
