1945
Growing VECO

VECO becomes the Philippines’ second-largest private distribution utility. Vivant strengthens its stake with 35% equity.

2003
Vivant Created

Vivant Corporation is born, unifying the family’s growing energy investments under one name.

2009
Scaling Renewables

Vivant invests in hydropower and renewable energy, combining technologies to deliver sustainable, reliable power.

2007
Going Off-Grid

Recognizing the need for island electrification, Vivant launches
Delta P in Palawan, now the country’s largest off-grid investor.

2005
Entering Generation

Vivant expands into power generation through Cebu Private Power Corporation and Cebu Energy Development.

2016
COREnergy Launch

RCOA opens the market for contestable customers. COREnergy is established to offer a flexible, affordable retail electricity supply.

Activating Vivant Energy
